Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Alamzaib.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service at Customersupport@alamzaib.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with  instructions on how to proceed.
3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Ship the package using a traceable and insured method to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Customersupport@alamzaib.com We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
